Returns

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment your order is placed with us, and within 14 days of the date of delivery to you.

If your item is faulty or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund.

Your items must be:

• Returned within the 14 day period

• Unused and in original packaging

• In as new condition

Please be aware that all items are returned at your own risk. We recommend using a recorded delivery method when returning your goods. We are unable to refund or exchange items that we have not received.

Once we have inspected the return and if your return is approved, we will refund you using the same method you used when paying for the order.

Faulty Goods

Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchase. if you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 30 days of delivery, you have a right to reject the goods and receive a full refund, or alternatively we are happy to provide a replacement.

Where a fault has been caused by customer negligence, they will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

If an item is found to be faulty, please email details and photos to hello@siliboys.com before returning your items.
